GOAL
Explain why binlog can't be written and error reported is: ERROR 1534 (HY000): Writing one row to the row-based binary log failed
SOLUTION
max_binlog_cache_size has been configured to a small value and binlog caching is not possible on a huge transaction. Increasing max_binlog_cache_size or setting it back to the default value will help sort the issue out.
