Description

Intermittent wrong reboot advisory message for voting disk timeout was seen during disabling of NIC cards instead of a network timeout.
 
Rediscovery Information:
Wrong reboot advisory message seen during disabling of NIC cards.
eg.
disable private NIC of rwsah02, rwsah02 was evicted and rebooted, but in crs alert log shows "reboot advisory message text: oracssdagent is rebooting 
this node due to vote disk I/O timeout (no disk activity for 28219 milliseconds)", this message is confusing.
