Description

XStream Out may encounter ORA-600 [knacpft_ProcessFetchedTxns250] because
 the oldest_scn is set incorrectly.
  
REDISCOVERY INFORMATION:
 If XStream Out apply aborted due to ORA-600 [knacpft_ProcessFetchedTxns250]
 then it may be due to this bug.
